This wine hit all the notes I’m looking for in a Cabernet franc and its a wine that deserves a little recognition. It’s extremely clean, a back to basics style that will really blow you away; forward, clean black fruit and violet flavors with a spicy, rich finish. I couldn’t get over how balanced the wine was and the complexity was superb. It had a nice soft tannin structure and a long, smooth finish. If you haven’t tried a Cabernet franc, do yourself a favor and buy a bottle to taste how good this variety can be and for those who love Cab franc, you will simply love this rendition! I’d classify this as one of my favorite Cabernet francs. It’s really that good. ~Pamela Heiligenthal
