The 2005 Dry Hollow Vineyards Cabernet is made from 100% Cabernet and is deep garnet in color with flavors of cherry and blackberry; it has somewhat of a shy nose; full-bodied with a medium-long finish.

    I don’t think I’ve had a wine from the Columbia Valley. I’ll see if I can find one in my local store.
