This is a wonderful, attractive, medium to full-bodied Chardonnay with lots of character. Ripe tropical notes follow creamy peach and lemon-lime flavors; finishes round and luscious with a hint of vanilla; well balanced with good oak integration. Probably one of the best J Chardonnay’s I have tasted. As for food, pair this up with rich, textured dishes—anything with a buttery, creamy texture would work great. As for seafood, plank-roasted halibut or fresh Alaskan cod with a roasted onion Beurre Blanc would be an exceptional match. Drink now. 8,000 case production.
Excellent (93) | $28 | 14.3% ABV
