2009 Kendall-Jackson Santa Barbara County Syrah

2009 Kendall-Jackson Santa Barbara County Syrah

One of the better K-J’s I have tasted lately and I’ve tasted most of them. Original and distinctive—two words I have not used in conjunction with a Kendall-Jackson wine in a long time (oh yes there was a time) so I suggest you check this one out. It should not be hard to find. Great with savory home-style comfort foods or as a stand-alone sipper this wine should make it to the wine by the glass menu for a lot of restaurants.

Rating: Very Good (88) | $17 | 13.7% ABV
