Craggy range has an impressive lineup of wines. Having recently tasted a number of them, I cannot seem to get enough—whites, reds, they all rock. Zesty and lively, this Sauvignon blanc is no different. It’s another winner, and brings it with a floral scent of acacia and flavors that burst with lime, citrus, grapefruit, lychee and white peach. Good textures and acidity finishes clean and inviting. As for food, you could go two directions—richer pairings such as lobster or a pork paillard or lighten it up a bit to complement the wine with oysters, flaky white fish or veal. Drink now or cellar for a few years.
