Mountains to Metro Returns to Portland

Mountains to Metro

Members of the Chehalem Mountains Winegrowers will gather at Portland’s Governor Hotel on Thursday, April 19, for the highly-anticipated “Mountains to Metro” wine tasting, where 35 distinctive benchmark and boutique wineries, from Chehalem Mountains and Ribbon Ridge will share new and current releases. Cuisine partners include top local restaurants with an exciting and eclectic range of contemporary dishes. Tickets for this popular event are now on sale online at Mountains to Metro.

“Once again, we are bringing a terrific wine country experience to our city neighbors,” says event chair Barbara Gross of Cooper Mountain. “We take pride in the fact that wineries and vineyards in the Chehalem Mountains and Ribbon Ridge produce expressive wines for every palate and cuisine. To the point, we will share classic Pinot Noirs along with great Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Syrah, Riesling and more.”

New this year is a silent auction of unique wine country experiences to benefit ¡Salud! the winery-supported service to provide access to healthcare for seasonal vineyard workers and their families.
