There is a lot going on in this bottle of Chardonnay from Gascogne. It possesses qualities that represent the essence of the word terroir. Complex and unique there are not a lot of Chardonnay’s out there that exhibit this amount of style. The fruit has to share center stage with the other components in this wine which are minerality, toasted buttery bread and vanilla. A well made roasted chicken will be a perfect pairing for this wine. Good QPR.
