There is a particular character of lustiness in this wine that I fine quite endearing. Not often does the blend of 62% Semillon and 38% Sauvignon blanc packaged together develop a depth that can rise to that descriptor. This one gets there and then some. The racy peach aromas mingle with honey suckle blossom and tropical melon creating a seductive bouquet that envelope the olfactory senses with pleasure. The sensual flavors will quickly become a driving force when the full throttle cascade of citrus and mineral expressions assault the palate. This wine will do Ok as a standalone sipper but it cries out for a companion of qualified cuisine. Fresh shucked Fanny Bay oysters with peppered vodka granita come to mind or American Sturgeon roe served on fresh potato gaufrette with a dollop of chive creme fraiche will pair well.

Excellent review. I am always searching for unique blends and this one sounds like the perfect wine to break out of the Chardonnay doldrums.
This was a very accurate review. Spot on with the roe and oysters as companion tastes.
