Video: A Dialogue with World Class Chefs

Video: A Dialogue with World Class Chefs

It is probably hard to believe that Harvard puts on cooking classes but they are quite fascinating lectures. They are a collaboration between eminent Harvard researchers and world-class chefs.  In this video, Harold McGee, Ferran Adria (elBulli), José Andrés (minibar by josé andrés, Jaleo, The Bazaar) with commentary/moderation from Professors David Weitz and Michael Brenner (Harvard) have a dialogue about science and cooking. Enjoy!
