Edmeades Zinfandel: Perfect with Pizza

Wine Review: 2013 Edmeades Zinfandel, Mendocino, California

This 2013 Edmeades Zinfandel is medium-bodied with a light airy fruitiness characteristic. It is a pretty zinfandel style with black fruit, cherry and chocolate leading to a medium-long spicy finish.

The wine also has a splash of Petite Sirah and Syrah, adding some complexity to the wine. Pair this zinfandel with pizza and you’ll be a happy camper.

Rating: Good | $20 | 14.2 % ABV
