2015 Nik Weis St. Urbans-Hof Wiltinger Alte Reben Riesling, Mosel, Germany

The 2015 Nik Weis St. Urbans-Hof Wiltinger Alte Reben Riesling is made from grapes that came from a twenty-acre plot located in the heart of Mosel, Germany.  The vineyard was planted in the 1930s, and produced a pleasant and appealing Riesling, with apricot, zest, orange peel and almond flavors. The finish is soft and pretty, with a medium-long white peach undertone. Pair this Riesling with crab cakes. You’ll love it!

Rating: Very Good | $18 | 10.5 % ABV
