2013 Sawtooth Winery Trout Trilogy Carmenere, Snake River Valley, Idaho

This Carmenere is a homage to the local time-honored tradition of fly fishing and to the nearby rivers that surround the winemaking region of Snake River Valley. It’s an interesting Carmenere with captivating wild berry flavors, leading to a medium long, minty, toasted oak finish. This would make a good paring with grilled or roasted pork and beef. 190 case production.

Good | $40 | 13.2% ABV
