The grapes were sourced from the Symms Fruit Ranch who grow other fruits like cherries, apricots, and peaches. They planted the grape vines back in ’71, in an area where there are unique microclimates in the Sunnyslope wine region along the Snake River.  This Sauvignon blanc was pressed whole-cluster, which is often done to add dimensions and layers of complexity to the finished product.  Feisty and playful, this wine has layers of lemon and citrus notes. 180 case production.
