2015 Hat Ranch Winery Dry Moscato, Snake River Valley, Idaho

This is an estate grown Muscat ottonel that is fermented to dryness, inspired by an old world style, hence “Dry Moscato”. It’s wonderfully floral and fruity with tropical flavors, and a good dose of acidity.  It’s a perfect wine to serve on a hot summer night with friends, good conversation, charcuterie, fruits and cheeses. 182 case production.
