2015 Indian Creek White Riesling, Snake River Valley, Idaho

Since 1987, Bill and Mui Stowe have been working hard to craft wonderful libations from the heart of Idaho’s Snake River Valley. Dubbed the godfather of Idaho wine industry, Bill Stowe has influenced some of the state’s most significant vintners and grape growers and continues to demonstrate what Idaho can produce in the AVA.

The 2015 Riesling was sourced from the Sunnyslope district of the Snake River Valley. The vineyard gently slopes to the south allowing for excellent hang time for the later ripening Riesling. The aromatics are wonderful and fragrant, with notes of apricots, pears and a touch of honey. It finishes long and strong with good acidity and freshness. As with any Riesling, this would make a great match with Thai foods, fish dishes, grilled white meats and anything accompanied with ginger and lime sauces. 146 case production. Great QPR (quality-to-price-ratio).

Excellent | $12 | 12.0% ABV | 1% RS
