A very aromatically enticing wine leading with aromas of honeysuckle, fresh grated nutmeg and apricot nectar. The flavors continue with apricot, citrus and pear notes that lead to a crisp smooth pleasurable dry finish. Spicy Hunan or Thai cuisine will pair well, enjoy!

2016 Bertani Bertarose Rose, Verona, Italy

What a beauty! This is a fresh and harmonious blend of 75% Molinara and 25% Merlot showcasing notes of cherries, white flowers, and roses. She dances beautifully against a backbone of pomegranate and fresh berries; lovely acidity.

2016 Cline Cellars Ancient Vines Mourvèdre Rosé, Sonoma, California

This is a good summer sipper with pomegranate, watermelon and peach flavors; light and flavorful making it perfect as an aperitif or paired with light salad dishes and salmon.

2014 Chateau Montelena Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley, California

She’s a bit shy and unpretentious with blackberry and cherry flavors that lead to a medium long, fresh finish. Pair with a grilled pork tenderloin with a sage brown-butter polenta.

2014 Felton Cellars Viognier, Paso Robles, California

This is a premier release of this Viognier with green apple and peach notes; finishes long and strong with a tinge of peach and ash. Great acidity. Pair with asparagus risotto.

2014 Force Majeure Vineyards Parabellum Red Blend, Red Mountain, Washington

The Parabellum is a blend of 61% Syrah and 39% Mourvedre with flavors of red fruits and herbs made from their estate vineyard on Red Mountain. Its young yet brooding, with sweet candied notes.

2016 Troon Riesling Red Label Whole Grape Ferment Riesling

This is a new wine from Troon—their first orange wine from Applegate Valley that is ‘skin-fermented’ giving the wine its orange color. Its result produces a weighty, full-bodied, bone dry, radical Riesling with melon flavors.
