2015 Hazelfern Cellars Willamette Valley Pinot Noir

The 2015 Willamette Valley harvest was hot—in fact, one of the hottest on record. However this wine does not reflect flavors of heat stressed fruit. It is an easily approachable wine with soft savory herb and lively raspberry aromas. The flavors represent the grape well and there are no distracting qualities. Citrus glazed grilled meats and cold-smoked wild salmon will pair well, making this an enjoyable summertime libation. Enjoy!

Very Good | $34 | 13.5% ABV
